Customer Service/Call Center Manager

A customer service/call center manager is needed for an inbound call center. This is the opportunity to work with an organization that is focused on strong customer service through coaching and leading their team of employees. You will be responsible for overseeing all quality and ensuring the highest level of service is being provided to inbound callers. Daily you will be involved in management meetings and objectives, coaching and mentoring your staff, scheduling, hiring, training and disciplinary action, standard operating procedures and disaster recovery. Individuals should have strengths in their ability to lead others, communicate at all levels effectively, be approachable and able to build relationships with the team. Requirements for the Customer Service/Call Center Manager:
1. A minimum of a bachelors degree in a business related field
2. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role overseeing at least 40 individuals
3. Experience overseeing a call center with inbound calls
4. Strong customer service background
5. P&L and Budget experience

Skills preferred, but not required:
1. Experience overseeing phone system upgrades
2. Experience overseeing a 24/7 operation
3. A strong technical background
4. Cisco
5. Kronos time keeping

Candidates are preferred to be local to the Toledo, Ohio area. A minimal relocation may be offered for candidates who have the required skills.
